Bridgeport Property Administration (BPA) was founded in 2002 with a strong track record of transparent, tenant-centric and hands-on property and facilities management. BPA has joined forces with Ukukhula Real Estate Partners, an independent commercial real estate asset manager with experience in asset optimisation and providing holistic & integrated property solutions to tenants, owner-occupiers and landlords.
This merger brings together decades of combined expertise across commercial, industrial and retail property sectors to form an empowered, holistic and strategic management services platform.
